My solo show at Roaster Gallery in Marfa, TX will be up through the summer. The exhibit features work from three of my series: Paper Skies, Moving Pictures and Modalities. The gallery is located at 510 W. San Antonio Street and is open Monday-Friday and occasional weekends.

I was one of three Colorado-based artists asked by the Denver Art Museum to talk about our own work in relation to the photography exhibit “Modern Women / Modern Vision” currently on view at the museum. While we don’t have images in this exhibit, the important work by female photographers from previous decades has been and continues to be a source of inspiration for all three of us.
Exhibit at Denver Art Museum
My photograph “Moving Picture no. 25” is included in “Curious Visions,” a new exhibit at the Denver Art Museum that’s focused on abstract photography through the decades. Eric Paddock, the museum’s photography curator, initiated the acquisition of my work for the museum’s permanent collection and included it in this exhibit, which also includes work by Alison Rossiter, Marco Breuer, Man Ray, Paul Strand and many others.

Denver Art Museum acquisition
The Denver Art Museum, through the efforts of curator Eric Paddock, has acquired my photograph “Moving Picture no. 25" and plans to include it in their upcoming exhibit on photography and abstraction [dates TBD].
Images published in "Solace"
A spread of five images from my series “A Legacy of Shadows” was published in Solace, a Kris Graves Projects publication featuring work by 12 artists, including Zora J. Murff, Aline Smithson and Odette England.
Exhibit in Oklahoma City
Five images from my Modalities series were included in Undisclosed Image, an exhibit at the Norick-Hulsey Gallery at Oklahoma City University. The exhibit, which opened on March 11, was curated by Andy Mattern.
New book to be published in early 2021
My latest book, American Ferret, will be published in early 2021. A photographic project about the struggle to save the highly endangered black-footed ferret, the book will include more than 50 of my photos documenting the work involved to bring this animal back from the brink of extinction.

Five-year touring exhibit of my playground work
As part of its five-year touring exhibit around the country organized by ExhibitsUSA, the “Once Upon a Playground” exhibit featuring my photographs and collected ephemera made a four-month stop at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery (in Colorado). I was invited by the museum to give an artist talk about how the project took shape.
Clyfford Still Museum director discusses my work
Three pieces from my Modalities series were included in the “Inspiration / Expression” exhibit organized by the Colorado Photographic Arts Center in conjunction with the Clyfford Still Museum. I was pleased to take part in a panel discussion with the other artists, as well as to hear Dean Sobel, director of the Clyfford Still Museum, discuss my work during the related “One Photograph at a Time” event.
